Batwings and Spiders!

Following on from the success of the spring CraftJam, and the summer Crafty Fridays, we are running a free craft activity for kids this half term, on Thursday 30th November.

Come down to the Refresh shop in the Chilterns Shopping Centre, between 12.30 and 3.30, and your children will enjoy a simple craft activity, making a spider, or some bat wings - or possibly both! Suitably themed for Halloween.

These simple craft activities give children an opportunity to learn about using their hands, drawing, sticking, glueing, all vital life skills, and also, as we now know, crafting is such a good activity to help mental health as well. And, by coming to Refresh, you can rest easy that the craft activities are using materials that would otherwise have been thrown away - helping the planet while we enjoy ourselves.
